BUSINESS OPERATIONS
業務重點
As an organisation with a social mission, the Housing Society embarks
on projects that benefit the community, particularly those initiatives
designed to assist the elderly and meet their housing needs. In
2015/16, our total expenditure on social projects amounted to
HK$161 million. These include various initiatives on elderly services,
building maintenance schemes and city revitalisation projects.
Elderly Services
Over the past few years, the Housing Society has become increasingly
recognised as a pioneer in elderly housing and related services in
Hong Kong. During the year, we executed a number of programmes
to further our objectives in this area.
Ageing-in-Place Scheme
As at the end of March 2016, our Ageing-in-Place (AIP) scheme had
assisted over 13,000 elderly tenants with a variety of housing, health
and social care support activities.
Social Contributions
回饋社會
房協肩負社會使命，推行不同項目造福
社群，特別是協助長者及照顧他們的住屋
需要。於二零一五╱一六年度，社會項目的
總支出為一億六千一百萬港元，涵蓋長者
服務、樓宇維修計劃及社區活化項目。
長者服務
過去數年，房協在本港長者房屋及相關服務
方面的先導地位逐漸獲得認同。年內，我們
推行了多項計劃，朝著這個方向更進一步。
「樂得耆所」居家安老計劃
截至二零一六年三月底，「樂得耆所」居家安
老計劃透過各項住屋、健康及社交支援服
務，協助超過
13,000
名長者居民。
