Building Maintenance Schemes
To address the problem of urban decay in Hong Kong, in 2005 the
Housing Society embarked on the 10-year Building Management
and Maintenance Scheme. In April 2011, it was consolidated with a
similar scheme of the Urban Renewal Authority (URA) under the
Integrated Building Maintenance Assistance Scheme (IBMAS). As a
one-stop building rehabilitation service, IBMAS provides technical
and financial assistance to eligible owners of private residential/
composite buildings.
During the review period, we entered into a new arrangement
under which the URA will be responsible for handling all new IBMAS
applications in all areas of Hong Kong from 1 July 2015. Yet the
Housing Society continues to follow through on applications already
received prior to that day.
However, the Mandatory Building Inspection Subsidy Scheme and
Building Maintenance Grant Scheme for Elderly Owners (BMGSEO),
which are both under our existing responsibilities, will not be
affected by the new arrangement.
Also during the year, we consolidated all of our Property Management
Advisory Centres for completion of the remaining cases under IBMAS
and Operation Building Bright (OBB). During the review period,
we completed 73 out of 210 remaining IBMAS cases and 271 OBB
cases out of 554 remaining.

進行「樓宇更新大行動」
的大廈維修工程
樓宇維修計劃
房協於二零零五年推行為期十年的「樓宇
管理維修綜合計劃」,協助解決香港樓宇日
久失修的問題。於二零一一年四月,該計劃
與市區重建局(市建局)的相近計劃整合為
「樓宇維修綜合支援計劃」,為合資格的私人
住宅╱商住樓宇業主提供一站式的樓宇復修
服務,包括技術及財務支援。
年內,我們實施新的安排,由二零一五年
七月一日起,市建局負責處理全港各區所有
「樓宇維修綜合支援計劃」的新申請,而房協
則繼續跟進於該日以前所收到的申請。
我們現時執行的「強制驗樓資助計劃」及
「長者維修自住物業津貼計劃」將不受新安排
的影響。
年內,我們亦整合了轄下所有「物業管理諮
詢中心」,以完成「樓宇維修綜合支援計劃」
及「樓宇更新大行動」的剩餘個案。在本年
度內,在
