As the Housing Society attaches great importance to integrity and

professional ethics, we regularly arrange for representatives from the

Independent Commission Against Corruption, Office of the Privacy

Commissioner for Personal Data and Equal Opportunities Commission

to deliver talks on related legislation. These talks serve to provide

clear guidance to staff on how to uphold honesty, fairness and

professional ethics in the course of carrying out their duties. For

2015/16, we organised five sessions for a total of 280 managerial

and general staff.

From November 2015 to March 2016, we held 23 full-day team-

building workshops under the theme Concerted Efforts to Achieve

New Goals. Held at the Tai Lam Chung Whole Person Development

Education Centre/Maritime Services Training Institute, these

corporate-wide workshops are held once every few years to reinforce

cross-divisional collaboration and foster creative thinking. The

workshop sessions which featured many thought-provoking

simulations received positive feedback from more than 95% of

staff who attended.

定期安排廉政公署、個人資料私隱專員

公署及平等機會委員會代表主持相關法例

的講座,提供清晰的指引,讓員工在履行

職務時秉持誠信、公平和專業的操守。

Goal

」為主題的全日團隊培訓。我們

每隔數年便為全體員工舉辦工作坊,以加

強跨部門的合作及引發創意思維。今年的

活動在大欖涌全人發展教育中心的海事訓

練學院舉行,內容包括富啟發性的模擬情

景,逾百分之九十五參與的員工均給予正

面評價。
