Information Technology Support
During the year, an information security management system was
established for two critical systems, namely, the iHousing and Financial
Process Management System, in accordance with ISO 27001 quality
standards, for which certificates were obtained in July 2015. Besides,
the Integrated Care Linked System, which integrates emergency calls,
safety detection and health monitoring, was installed for The Tanner
Hill. Various IT systems were also implemented to support tenancy,
property and healthcare management for the residential tenants,
Residential Care Home for the Elderly residents and Day Care
Centre members.
The Housing Society has enhanced its corporate website to make it
more accessible. At the Award Presentation Ceremony of the Web
Accessibility Recognition Scheme organised by the Office of the
Government Chief Information Officer in April 2015, the corporate
website of the Housing Society received a Silver Award. The website
of the Housing Society Elderly Resources Centre gained recognition
for a third year, winning the Triple Gold Award and Easiest-to-Use
Website Award for its ease of use by the disabled and elderly.

房協於二零一五年七月取得
ISO 27001
質量
標準認證，並於年內為「
iHousing
系統」及
「財務處理管理系統」兩個重要體系設立
資訊保安管理系統。此外，我們於「雋悅」
安裝了結合緊急召援、安全偵測及健康監
測功能的「綜合個案及護理管理系統」，
並同時運用多個資訊科技系統，為住戶、
護理安老院的住客及日間照護中心的會員
提供租務、物業及健康管理的支援。
同時，房協提升了其企業網站，令設計更
無障礙。於政府資訊科技總監辦公室於
二零一五年四月舉辦的「無障礙網頁嘉許
計劃」頒獎禮上，房協網頁獲頒銀獎，
而「房協長者安居資源中心」的網頁則連續
三年取得相關獎項而榮獲「三年卓越表現
獎」及「至易用網站獎」，表揚其方便殘障
人士及長者使用的設計。
