As a caring organisation, we offer programmes that enhance the
wellness of staff and their families. These include work-life balance
activities such as talks, seminars and field trips. A total of 526 staff
and their family members took part in these activities during the
review period.
In keeping with our commitment to staff wellness and sustainability,
we organised a variety of health talks, covering topics such as
infectious diseases and their prevention, winter health and diet, as well
as a flu vaccination programme for staff and their families. In addition,
we shared information on health topics through our online health
portal, Health Corner, and posted articles on sports and nutrition.
Our Annual Dinner last year was held on 8 September 2015 for around
840 staff members and members of the Board and Committees of the
Housing Society at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
During the dinner, 99 staff members received Long Service Awards,
including five who had been with the Housing Society for 30 years.
As well as acknowledging our current staff, we continued to focus
on the development of Hong Kong’s human capital. One of the ways
we do this is through the Housing Society Scholarship and Bursary
Scheme for Employees’ Children, established in 2006 to award the
children of our staff for outstanding academic achievements. In
2015/16, a total of five students received awards with scholarships,
and 39 others were granted bursaries.
房協關懷員工，不時舉辦活動促進員工及其
家人的身心健康，當中包括講座、研討會及
考察等促進工作與生活平衡的活動。年內，
合共
526
名員工和家屬參與有關活動。
房協本著促進員工身心健康及可持續發展的
方針，舉辦多元化的健康講座，涵蓋不同主
題，包括傳染病及其預防方法、冬季養生及
飲食，並安排員工及其家屬接種流感疫苗。
此外，房協亦透過內聯網平台「房衞網」分享
健康資訊及上載與運動和營養相關的文章。
我們於二零一五年九月八日在香港會議展覽
中心舉行周年晚宴，約

各委員會成員參加。當晚，共

名員工獲頒
發長期服務獎，其中五人更已在房協工作
三十載。
除了讓本身的員工得到肯定外，我們亦繼續
推動本港的人才發展，其中包括於二零零六
年設立「房協員工子女獎助學金」，獎勵同事
的子女在學業上取得佳績。於二零一五╱
一六年度，共五名學生獲頒獎學金，另
39
名
學生則獲助學金。
