For general safety in our estates, we pressed on with enhancement
of security measures, lift improvement and upgrading of
electrical systems.
For a stronger sense of community and harmony in the neighbourhood,
we held over 1,500 social activities for our residents during the year.
As a way to further strengthen the ties between the Housing Society and
the residents, and amongst the residents, we set up the Housing Society
Community (HSC) in 2003. The HSC is open to all residents in estates
and properties owned or managed by the Housing Society. Its aim is to
foster a strong sense of fraternity amongst the parties and to promote
mutual care.
During the year, the HSC mobilised over 18,000 residents to participate
in 471 activities, including those organised for the elderlies under the
‘Ageing-in-Place’ Scheme.
在屋邨的整體安全方面，我們繼續致力優
化保安措施、改善升降機服務和提升供電
系統。
年內，我們為轄下屋邨的居民舉辦了超過
1,500
項社交活動，增進鄰舍間的和諧及歸
屬感。
為了加強房協與居民，以及居民之間的連
繫，房協在二零零三年成立了「房協之友」，
讓轄下屋邨及代管物業的住戶參加，藉此加
強凝聚力及發揚互助精神。
年內，「房協之友」共動員超過
18,000
名居民
參與了

項活動，包括「樂得耆所」計劃下
為長者而設的活動。
