In the design of the projects, green features such as tree planting,
podium landscape garden, sky garden, green roof, vertical greening,
regenerative drives for the lift systems, energy-saving and water-saving
features are introduced.
Wherever we can, environmental initiatives are integrated into the
construction of our development projects. Silent pilers, noise mitigation
enclosures and barriers are now used during piling works and
hydraulic crushers are used in demolitions to minimise noise and dust
nuisance. Non-explosive agent is also adopted for splitting boulders on
construction sites.
Pre-fabricated construction is used for external and internal building
elements. Over 50% of the structural works is now pre-cast to conserve
resources and reduce nuisance to the neighbourhood.
Other on-site environmental protection measures include waste sorting
as a regular housekeeping practice, recycling waste water in a sediment
tank during foundation and superstructure works, and the use of recycled
water to flush-clean construction vehicles at site entrances.

綠化天台、垂直式綠化、循環再生能源驅動
升降機系統，以及節能和省水設施等。
房協盡量將環保意念融入我們的發展項目建
設當中。在進行打樁工程時，我們採用消減
噪音罩及屏障和靜音打樁機，並在拆卸工程
時使用水壓碎石機，以減少噪音滋擾及塵
害。我們亦在建築工地採用靜態爆破劑分割
巨型的石塊。
我們亦在室內外建築元素中廣泛應用預製組
件。超過一半的結構工程已採用此方式，以
節省資源及減少對鄰近地區的滋擾。
其他的工地環保措施包括將垃圾分類作為常
規的內務管理措施，以及在地基和上蓋工程
中使用沉砂池來循環處理廢水，並在工地入
口利用循環再用水沖洗施工車輛等。
