Staff Care
The caring culture of the Housing Society is manifested through on-going
efforts to promote work-life balance. Last year, we organised five sessions
on ‘healthy living’ which were attended by 192 staff. Further into the
subject, there were five talks during a Work-life Balance Week, offering
‘health tips’ in greater depth, which drew an audience of 157 staff.
Taking the theme outdoors, we had an ‘Organic Farm and Cultural
Learning’ tour organised for work-life balance. 17 staff and 34 family
members participated to try farming and preparation of vegetarian
dishes first-hand. An eco-guide was present to share knowledge on
environmental protection.
The Housing Society arranged for staff and family members a free
Flu Vaccination Programme during the year. 30 staff and family
members participated.

關顧員工
房協不斷推動「工作和生活平衡」,彰顯關
顧員工的文化。去年,我們安排了五項關
於「健康生活」的活動,吸引了

加。另外,我們在「工作和生活平衡周」期
間舉辦了五次講座,提供更深入的健康資
訊,有

人參加。
房協亦安排了「有機農莊及文化學習」遊,
將「工作和生活平衡」的主題帶到戶外。
十七名員工及其三十四名家庭成員親身嘗試
耕種和製作素食菜式,並分享生態導賞員的
環保知識。
年內,房協為員工及其家人提供免費的流感
疫苗接種服務,共有三十人參加。
