The Housing Society encourages staff’s children to excel in studies
房協鼓勵員工子女爭取學業佳績
In addition, the Housing Society maintains an on-line portal
‘Health Corner’ for sharing health information such as
‘five-vegetable series’.
The Housing Society held its Annual Dinner on 3 September 2013.
Around 800 staff and Members took part. On the occasion, 60 staff
received Long Service Awards, including two who had been with the
Housing Society for 30 years.
The Housing Society Scholarship and Bursary Scheme for Employee’s
Children was established in 2006 to encourage the pursuit of
academic excellence by children of our staff. In 2013, three were
awarded scholarships for outstanding performance while 39 were
granted bursaries.
Information Technology
During the year, new IT applications were developed to support the
operation at Jolly Place, such as a computer programme for the allocation
of housing units, an e-Care programme for health and care services,
a new Case and Care Link System for billing and profile management of
clients, and a Point of Sale System for payment and inventory control.
These applications will be extended to Cheerful Court in November 2014
and the Tanner Hill project in 2015.

房協於二零一三年九月三日舉行周年晚宴,
約有
800
名員工及委員出席。當日,六十名
員工獲頒長期服務獎,其中兩名更於房協服
務達三十年。
「房協員工子女獎助學金」於二零零六年設
立,鼓勵員工子女在學業上爭取好成績。
二零一三年,共有三名員工子女獲獎學金,
以嘉許其卓越表現,另有三十九位獲頒助
學金。
資訊科技
年內,房協開發了新的資訊科技應用程式,
以配合樂頤居的營運需要,包括用於分配住
宅單位的電腦程式、用於提供護理健康服務
的
e-Care
電子關顧系統、用於發單及管理客
戶檔案的新「綜合個案及護理管理系統」,以
及用於付款和存貨管理的銷售系統。這些程
式亦將於二零一四年十一月及二零一五年分
別應用在彩頤居及丹拿山項目。
