At Tanner Hill, management of the clubhouse facilities and skilled care
services will be consolidated under one central system to encompass the
Clubhouse and Services Management System, the Asset Tracking System
and the Bio-data Collection System.
For the completion of Heya Green, a new Defect Logging System was
installed to automate the handover of flats. Furthermore, two operational
processes were streamlined and migrated to a new IT work platform
called ‘Works Order and General Purchase’. In parallel, a property
management system called ‘iHousing System’ (Phase 3) was completed
on time and was successfully rolled out.
For Housing Society offices, virtualisation of computer servers and
desktops was further extended to reduce electricity consumption and to
enhance system availability. As at end of March 2014, about 85% of the
210 computer servers had been so converted by the dynamic allocation
of computer resources.
