Housing Society Offers over 100 Short-term and Trainee Positions

As the COVID-19 pandemic has severely disrupted Hong Kong's economy, there is a surge in unemployment and many fresh graduates are facing employment difficulties.  In view of the situation, the Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) announced to offer around 150 short-term and trainee positions shortly, thereby creating more job opportunities.

These positions cover the areas of property management, development and marketing, and information technology; involving roles such as customer services, applications processing and new flats handover.  Graduates from various disciplines and job seekers who possess the relevant skills are welcome to apply.

HKHS Chief Executive Officer James Chan said, "In the past few months, the unemployment rate has been on the rise, and the labour market was significantly affected by the economic environment.  HKHS has been taking forward our projects and work with the resources available, thus able to create more job opportunities for Hong Kong people and fresh graduates, in hope to tide over this difficult time together."
