Leasing
Interested applicants can submit a completed application form by post, or, to provide the shop applicants with more convenient and quality services, the Housing Society has launched the Online Shop Application for e-channel submission. As an independent and self-financing organisation, the Housing Society adopts prudent commercial principles for the letting of all its commercial premises with rentals# based on market value.
The Housing Society has a number of shops/market stalls, which are mostly located at densely populated areas, currently available for letting at full market rent. Interested parties may take this opportunity to open or expand business by completing the Online Shop Application (click the “Apply” button of your desired shop listed below) or submitting the completed application form (please click here for the application forms) by the specified deadline.
Some shop leasing applications have now closed, and we are currently processing the submitted applications. The latest shop leasing information will be updated on this webpage on 5 June 2026 (i.e. the first Friday of each month). Thank you for your attention.

* Applications for Supermarkets or Chinese restaurants must fill in the "basic rent to be paid per month" and "percentage to be paid per month based on turnover", otherwise HS will not be processed.
^ If the Landlord shall at any time during the Term resolve to sell, redevelop or refurbish the Premises, the Landlord shall have the right to give six (6) months prior notice in writing to the Tenant to terminate the Tenancy Agreement.
Application Forms
Any individual or company who intends to apply for our shops may complete the application e-form online; or submit the completed application form or self-draft leasing offer in a sealedblank envelope to Hong Kong Housing Society’s Shop Application Form Drop-in Box at 8/F, 1063 King's Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong by post or put them into the above Drop-in Box in person before 5:00pm on the application closing date or by post (the postmark date shall prevail). Please specify the shop address you want to apply on the envelope. Each applicant shall only submit ONE application form for the same shop. If applicant submit multiple applications, the last submission would supersede all previous applications which would not be processed or given any further notice. Late applications and applications submitted to other offices of HS will not be processed.
An online application number will be generated after you have completed the online application form. HKHS will acknowledge receipt through e-mail within 2 hours after your successful submission. If the applicant wants to enquire whether his or her online application has been received, the applicant may use his or her email address that he or she used for the online application and email his or her inquiry to [email protected]. (HKHS does not accept phone inquires in this regard. We can only confirm receipt of online application, date and time of online application and the shop address in relation to his or her application.)
