Housing Society Subsidised Sale Flats Project “Hemma Amber” Sold Out

The Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) has successfully sold all the 422 units of the Subsidised Sale Flats project “Hemma Amber” located at Anderson Road in Kwun Tong today (17 October), following a ten-day flat selection process.

HKHS Chief Executive Officer James Chan said, “We are encouraged by the sales result of ‘Hemma Amber’ which underscores the popularity of the Housing Society’s subsidised sale flats among the end-users.  In response to the continuous demand for subsidised sale flats, the Housing Society will explore ways to increase the proportion of subsidised sale flats appropriately in future planning, helping more people to move up the housing ladder.”

Among the successful buyers, the ratio of Green Form and White Form buyers is about 20:80.  In the Green Form category, 62 are family applicants and 20 are singleton applicants.  In the White Form category, the number of family and singleton applicants are 97 and 243 respectively.  A total of 6 units were sold to residents affected by HKHS’s estate redevelopment.

The construction of “Hemma Amber” is progressing smoothly, with the material date set for 31 March 2027.
