Housing Society Subsidised Sale Flats Projects “Hemma Fab” and “Hemma Emerald” Sold Out
The Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) has successfully sold all 1,604 units of the Subsidised Sale Flats projects “Hemma Fab” at Jockey Club Road in Fanling and “Hemma Emerald” at Anderson Road in Kwun Tong today (23 January), following the flat selection process.
HKHS said that the sales result of “Hemma Fab” and “Hemma Emerald” underscored the popularity of the HKHS’s subsidised sale flats among the end-users. It is the first time HKHS introduces the “Priority Scheme for Families with Elderly Members” and “Families with Newborns Flat Selection Priority Scheme” which help foster intergenerational solidarity. In response to the constant demand for subsidised sale flats, HKHS will consider increasing the proportion of subsidised sale flats appropriately in its future projects, helping more people to move up the housing ladder.
Among the successful buyers of the two projects, the consolidated ratio of Green Form and White Form buyers is about 30:70. In the Green Form category, 370 are family applicants and 89 are singleton applicants. In the White Form category, the number of family and singleton applicants are 555 and 590 respectively. In addition, a total of 21 units were sold to residents affected by HKHS’s estate redevelopment. There are 229 and 149 buyers from the “Priority Scheme for Families with Elderly Members” and the “Families with Newborns Flat Selection Priority Scheme” respectively.
Superstructure works of the two projects are advancing smoothly and the material date of both projects is set for 30 September 2027.
