Dedicated Rehousing Estates

In tandem with the Government’s development clearance exercises or redevelopment projects in urban areas, the Housing Society develops Dedicated Rehousing Estates (DRE) to accommodate the affected residents. The Housing Society now has five DRE projects in the pipeline, all located in newly-developed areas, including Pak Wo Road in Fanling, Hung Shui Kiu/Ha Tsuen New Development Area, Kai Tak, Kwu Tong North and Ma Tau Kok, which are expected to be completed between 2024 and 2029.
