Group A Rental Estate Units
Applicants who are holding the following valid Hong Kong Housing Authority (HKHA) Public Rental Housing (PRH) application numbers may now apply for vacant rental units at Group A Rental Estates of the Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) as an extra option to the HKHA’s PRH applicants, subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria for Group A Rental Estates of HKHS.

- The total monthly income and net asset of the applicant and family member(s) listed in the application (if any) must not exceed the limits as listed below. Such limits are subject to annual review.
