Senior Officer (Elderly Services) / Social Worker - SEN
(Ref: SEN-SO(ES))

The Job
  • To provide professional counseling to Tenants / RCHE residents in SEN.
  • Make timely referrals to community service centers or related organizations for early treatment and to closely liaise with NGOs / Gov. Depts. for follow up to prevent from further deterioration.
  • Keep smooth communication with customers to maintain good relationship.
  • Monitor closely and respond quickly to customers’ opinion to maintain their satisfaction.
  • Assist supervisor to case assessment and intake.
  • Responsible for the administrative logistics for procurement and to ensure compliance with company’s policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of budget data and various financial matters to support future operations.
  • Resolve & handle unexpected risk.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor deems appropriate.
The Person
  • Higher Diploma / Diploma / Degree holder in Social Work/ Social Science /related subject.
  • Registered Social Worker is preferable.
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in elderly services or related sector.
  • Strong organization, co-ordination and negotiation skills, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) skills.
  • Proficient in English, Chinese and Putonghua.
