Senior Officer / Officer (Planning & Development)

The Job
  • Conduct Market Research and land search and carry out site inspections to take measurements and collect information from occupants.
  • Assist in preparing rental / capital valuations, conducting feasibility studies and land premium assessments and formulating sales and marketing strategy.
  • Participate in sales and acquisition activities for various types of properties, handover / takeover flats, provide after sales services, maintain and upkeep properties acquired.
  • Arrange and allocate rehousing flats and assess cash compensation to eligible clearees.
  • Assist in compiling cash flow forecasts and budgetary reports.
The Person
  • Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate, Land Management, Town Planning, Property Management or related disciplines with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience. Diploma / Certificate holder with minimum 4 years’ relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Experience in valuation and feasibility studies, property development, town planning, sales and marketing of properties will be a definite advantage.
  • Dedicated to work, strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge in Mandarin an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer.
