Rental Estate

Our rental units fall into two groups, A and B. Group A caters to low-income families whereas Group B targets families of relatively higher incomes. Reflecting the differences in eligibility, the rental rates for these two categories of rental housing are set at different discounted market prices. Apart from the regular rental units, the Housing Society also provides some 900 Elderly Persons' Flats in nine of its estates for the senior citizens at only half of the normal rents.

Mutual Aid Committees are formed in all of our estates to serve as a communication platform between tenants and the estate management team. Our estate management staff regularly meets with tenants' representatives to collect their views on estate management and services provided.
